  We don’t sell your data. Where data is transferred outside South Africa/EEA (e.g., to the US/EU), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• Project files & job records: retained as needed to deliver your order and meet legal/tax duties; on request we can delete files after completion where lawful.

• Comments: stored indefinitely to recognise follow-ups.

• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
